The living-room and two of the bedrooms opening onto a gallery have a panoramic view . American standard kitchen.

Weekly rates for an occupation from one to ten guests
Higt season 12/16 - 05/31 : 1900 Euros
Low season 06/01 - 12/14 : 1800 Euros
Red season 12/17 - 01/07 : 2100 Euros
A deposit amounting to 25% of rental is required on reservation.
Check in time 4 pm - Check out prior 10 am to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
The balance is due 3 weeks before the arrival in the house. Damage deposit.
Payment can be made by International Money Order or Draft established in Euros by a bank and payable in a french bank.
Final cleaning 50 Euros
A discount will be given for stays of more than two weeks.
Included in the weekly rates :
- Meeting at the airport and accompagny to the villa (free in business hours). No transfert.
- Free local phone calls.
- Equipment and housesold linen except beach towels.
Weekly maintenance for the swimming-pool and the garden.
