'AUX CHIENS LUNATIQUES' is an occasional supper club in a 17th century apartment in the latin quarter.WE OFFER an alternative to restaurant dining. you mingle with like-minded diners in an intimate, convivial setting. there is a set no-choice menu and wines are included in the meal, as well as an aperitif. you enjoy a truly seasonal, leisurely, market-inspired repast at a long table among friends and strangers.
THERE IS A MAXIMUM of 12 diners per evening. you may reserve the communal table for your party of 12, or you may join the table as a smaller group.
THE HOSTS are david tanis and randal breski, formerly chef and maitre d' of chez panisse in berkeley, california, and cafe escalera in santa fe, new mexico.
ALL THE FOOD prepared is from the best of what paris markets have to offer; the cooking is staightforward, vibrant, simple, and seasonal.

IT'S EASY to become a member. simply make a reservation by e-mail, and confirm your reservation 48 hours in advance of the meal. a recommended dinner club donation is paid in cash.
DINNERS are held on various nights of the week.
SUNDAY LUNCHES have also become quite popular. starting at 2 and finishing around 5, these late lunches still leave time for a walk in the luxembourg gardens or a film in the neighhborhood.
