Long way: (3 km)

Do not take “centre ville”, but go on turning in the roundabout and exit direction « Les Saquèdes » and as soon as you exit don’t turn left to les Saquèdes, but go on strait and turn left before the shield no entry (sens interdit) direction « Le golfe de Ste. Maxime » and no right to the city center ( centre ville).
This way lead to the road “Jean Corona” (one way street), take it to your right and at the end of the first crossway take the first junction climbing back up left as a hairpin bend before the le CES ÉCOLE on the “route du Débarquement” (also one-way street) up to the roundabout of the “Golfe de Ste. Maxime”.
Go on on route du Débarquement St. Raphael direction. This one-way street begins after that a two way street; turn right at the first junction who is the “Bd. des Geais”, (a shield reading limited speed at 70 km/h marks its entry), climb the boulevard, first winding rights (along our 4 m high conspicuous stone wall), then turn lefts keeping in the Bd. des Geais (rights is the “boulevard du Vallon”): The entry of the villa is in this second winding with indication villa GEMBA, 50 Bd. Des Geais .
Now the beginning of the Bd des Geais is in a bad condition, after the roundabout of the Golfe turn right for the Chemin du Sémaphore, then left for the Bd du Vallon which ended at the Villa Gemba.

Longest way, but the simplest: (5 km) (for the people who won’t to lose).

Take centre ville
You ,arrive at an new round-about with an fountain.
Go On strait, go before the commercial Center l « CHAMPION » up to an new roundabout, take links to centre ville (and no right to St. TROPEZ), Avenue du Préconil, rue de Verdun, place Louis Blanc, right to the seaside.
Take links along the sea side to St. Raphael (avenue Charles De Gaulle, Avenue du Gl. Leclerc, R.N. 98) during 4 km up to the round about at the end of the beach La Nartelle (beach de I km long).
Leave the R.N. 98 turning left to the route du Débarquement (who leads again to Ste. Maxime by the interior).
After 800 m and before the dividing in two of the la route du Débarquement (in 2 one-way street), take the first boulevard left: Bd. des Geais, climb up the boulevard, take the first winding rights (along our 4 m high conspicuous stone wall), then turn keeping in the Bd. des Geais (rights is the “boulevard du Vallon”): The entry of the villa is in this second winding with indication « villa GEMBA, 50 Bd. Des Geais ».
Now the beginning of the Bd des Geais is in a bad condition, go on to the to the roundabout of the Golfe turn around to come back to the sea on this upper one-way street, then turn right for the Chemin du Sémaphore, then left for the Bd du Vallon which ended at the Villa Gemba.

When the apartment is not left in good state, housework expenses: 4 hours = 50 €).

the tenants must arrive after 2 PM and leave before 10 AM.

The reservation is done by the paying of a deposit (1/4 of the total settled amount) by check or bank transfer unrecoverable in case of cancellation, the balance will be paid in cash at the entry in the site and will also be unrecoverable in case of anticipated departure.
